this session on 23rd Feb is our third session and the teaching focus is on serving each other.
what can we understand about 'serving each'?
when we throw the frisbee disc to our team mates, the success of that throw is judged by it being received by the team mates. how good the throw is dependent of the accuracy of the throw, the speed and angle of the disc to give the receiver the best possible chance of receiving it.
how can you 'serve' each other better in the team?
communicating to your team mates where you want to throw, practice your throw so that you can really throw to where you tell your team mates to!
encourage them with 'good job'.
how can you 'serve' each other in the class and family better?
are there attitudes that you have towards each other that will make each other feel good.
being polite to people is a way of showing respect and expressing appreciation for all that they are doing.
we see some display of team work and individual skills during the session.
my friend here was really quiet and not too confident when he started learning.
but after catching 2 throws that was the winning throw, he start to become more confident and assertive.
well done sherman!
the 3 on 3 game on the basketball court was a success in teaching them to throw more accurate and faster.
no more like flies crowding around honey!

warm up the whole body; head, arms, chest, legs and even toes!
